Retrofit Instructions

Checking You Have All The Parts Listed Above, And Hooking Up The Lights To 12v Source To Test Everything Works Before Installation.

Remove Your Headlights From Your Car And Prepare For Splitting Lense Off By Removing All Your Indicator/Fog Light/Headlight Bulbs, Remove Any Rubber Or Plastic Trim That May Be Damaged By The Heating Process.

Preheat Your Oven To 120℃, Carefully Place Your Headlights In The Oven And Heat For 5 Minutes (Alternatively You Can Use A Heat Gun To Soften The Headlight Sealant).

Remove The Headlights After 5 Min And Place Face Down On A Surface That Wont Scratch The Lense, Remove All The Small Screws Around The Outside Of Housing (Some Headlights May Have Clips) And Carefully Pull The Lense Off The Cover.

(OPTIONAL STEP)

Prep Your Headlights For Painting By Giving All The Parts You Wish To Paint A Light Scuff With Either a Scotch Pad or Fine Sandpaper, Mask Off Everything Else And Paint.

Slide The Supplied Rubber Grommet Onto The Projector, Feed The Wires Through Your Headlight And Install The Projector Into The Headlight Housing Making Sure The Wiring Is Not Pinched, Fix From The Back With The Required Adapter Ring From The Hardware Kit And The Wingnut.

Before Resealing Your Headlight, Loosely Install Them On Your Vehicle And Get The Shroud Level.

Make Sure Your Headlight Has No Moisture, Dust or Contaminants Inside (Especially On Or In The Sealant), Preheat Oven To 100℃, Line Up And Sit The Lense Onto The Housing, Place The Headlights Into The Oven.

Remove The Headlights After 5 Min And Place Face Down On A Surface That Wont Scratch The Lense, Press The Lense And Housing Back Together And Re Install The Screws And/Or Clips Around The Outside Of The Housing.

Once Cooled You Can Install The Xenon Bulbs Into The Back Of The Projector, These Are Held In With The Small Screw & Bracket From The Hardware Kit

Reinstall Your Indicator/Fog Light Bulbs And Anything Else Removed For The Heating Process
